The Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL), a Maharatna Company under the Ministry of Power, Government of India, has recently unveiled an exciting opportunity for aspiring candidates. Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates who meet the following qualifications are eligible to apply for apprenticeship in POWERGRID:

• Possess educational qualifications as mentioned and have passed their final examination within two years from the closing date of application.
• Medically fit as per the provisions of the Apprentice Act, 1961.

However, please note that candidates are not eligible to apply under the following circumstances:

1. Awaiting the results of their final examination at the time of application.
2. Not completed 18 years of age.
3. Already undergone or currently undergoing apprenticeship training in any organization for any duration.
4. Having more than 1 year of job experience.

Register: First, register as a candidate/student on the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) website for HR Executive, CSR Executive, Business Development Executive, Law Executive, PR Assistant, Rajbhasha Assistant, and Library Professional Assistant. Alternatively, register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) website for Degree/Diploma in Engineering.
2. Apply Online: Visit the official POWERGRID website and submit your application online. Remember, no other mode of application will be accepted. Fortunately, there’s no application fee, written examination, or interview process for applicants.
