Vacancies

- Educational Qualification: Candidates applying for PRT must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. A Diploma in Education (D.Ed.) or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) with at least 50% marks is required.
In addition to these academic qualifications, candidates must clear the OST and meet other criteria as laid down by AWES and Army Public Schools.
Age Limit:
The age limit for applying to the TGT, PGT, and PRT posts is as follows:
- Fresh Candidates: Candidates below 40 years of age can apply for the posts. However, in the case of Delhi schools, the age limit is 29 years.
- Experienced Candidates: Candidates with at least 5 years of teaching experience and aged up to 57 years can apply.
Selection Process:

The Online Screening Test will be divided into two parts:
- Part A: This section will test General Awareness, Mental Ability, English Comprehension, and Educational Concepts & Methodology.
- Part B: This section will consist of subject-specific questions based on the post applied for (TGT, PGT, or PRT).
The total duration of the exam will be 3 hours for PGT and TGT posts and 2.5 hours for PRT posts.
